Developing the successful outsourcing team

In partnership with Ashridge, we present a series of development events for customer and vendor outsourcing teams to develop further the cohesiveness in which they work together to their mutual benefit.

The development events are delivered at a lively pace to keep people interested and motivated and are highly interactive, using the participants existing knowledge and keeping them fully involved. They also benefit from being highly practical with a blend of short interactive lectures, videos, individual and group exercises. Some of these exercises will be held in the outdoors, a proven environment for enhancing learning and developing the effectiveness of teams.
