HEAD HOUSEKEEPER

Amhuinnsuidhe Castle enjoys the highest reputation for its standard of cuisine and accommodation and the vacancy of seasonal Head Housekeeper has arisen at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle, Isle of Harris.

Whilst being responsible for the recruitment and training of a team of approximately 5 housekeeping/silver service dining room staff and running of the housekeeping function to the highest standard, the successful applicant will be expected to take an active role in all housekeeping/dining room duties.

The season runs from approximately May – October and hours average 40 per week.

The Castle business is expanding and this position would suit an enthusiastic individual wishing to be part of a developing and successful team.

May suit a couple as other Estate work could be available. Accommodation provided.
